HAPAM Poland is part of HAPAM Group (inside Van Halteren Group).
The company is located in Łódź, approximately 140 km from Warsaw.
HAPAM Group is an independent manufacturer of High Voltage Disconnectors and Earthing Switches for outdoor and indoor substations up to 800kV. So far HAPAM Group has supplied more than 200.000 disconnectors in over 125 countries worldwide. A large number of disconnectors are still in service for more than 50 years.
Apart from Poland, HAPAM Group also has factories in Netherland (our Head Office in Bunschotten), Vietnam (Hanoi) and Canada (Bois-des-Filio) in order to serve its customers from several geographical locations.
HAPAM Group maintains a policy of continuously improving the disconnector design, both for AC as well as DC applications. All relevant information gathered from operating experience worldwide and/or client specifications are translated into the HAPAM state of the art design. As a consequence, we provide our customers with engineering, quality and design excellence, as well as after sales service if/ when requested.
HAPAM operates from modern and well-equipped premises that have recently been extended to increase production capacity. The company is able to manufacture disconnectors and earthing switches in an efficient, computer-controlled process in order to fulfill all market requirements.
The total area of our premises in Poland is 6.400 m2, including storage and testing areas. HAPAM Poland employs a dedicated workforce of approximately 120 FTE in Łódź.
